How to create a corporate travel policy on Supertripper?

Adding a corporate travel policy on the platform.

As an administrator, you can create as many travel policies as you wish. For example, you can define a different travel policy for each department of your company.

For each of the travel policies you create, you can set criteria for flights, trains, hotels, car rentals, and transfers.

🧑🏽‍💻 On your desktop computer:

  1. Click on your profile picture

  2. Click on the "Travel policy" tab

  3. Click on the "+ Add" button

  4. Give a name to the travel policy

  5. Fill in the required information in the fields to be completed within each section (flight, train, hotel, rental, transfer, CSR)

  6. In case of an "Out of policy" booking request from a user, they will be able to attach a comment to their request to explain the reasons. You can make this option "required" or "optional" in the "Option" section

  7. Click on the "Save policy" button

Home > Profile picture > Travel policy

🟠 Caution: don't forget to then assign the newly created travel policy to the concerned travelers. If you don't assign a travel policy to a user, they will automatically be linked to the default travel policy.

🧐 Note: this feature is only available on desktop for users with an "administrator" role on the platform.
