If you have the role of "manager" or "administrator" on the Supertripper platform, you can choose whether or not to receive emails for booking requests from travelers you manage. To do this, please check or uncheck the relevant box according to your preferences.
🧑🏽💻 On your desktop computer:
Click on your profile picture
Click on the "My account" tab
Click on the "Notifications" section
Check or uncheck the box "Receive all booking requests"
Click on the "Save" button

📲 On the mobile app:
Click on the mobile menu at the top right of your screen
Click on the "My account" tab
In the dropdown menu at the top of your screen, click on the "Notifications" section
Check or uncheck the box "Receive all booking requests"
Click on the "Save" button

🟠 Note: if this box is unchecked, you may delay or hinder the booking flow of travelers under your responsibility. Their booking approval requests will be redirected to an administrator of your company's Supertripper account.
☝️ Note: a profile with the "administrator" role manages all travelers by default. They may receive booking approval requests from a traveler, even if they have unchecked the corresponding box, in three situations:
the traveler is not assigned to any manager
the traveler's manager has disabled their notifications
the manager to whom the traveler is assigned is not authorized to approve requests that do not comply with the travel policy
