What is the purpose of the “cart” feature?

Understanding how the cart works on the platform.

The travel services you have selected and wish to book appear on the "My carts" page.

🧑🏽‍💻 On your desktop computer: the "My carts" page is accessible from the dashboard by clicking on the cart icon at the top right of your screen, right next to your profile picture.

📲 On the mobile app: the "My carts" page is accessible by first clicking on the mobile menu at the top right of your screen, then on the "My carts" tab.

On the "My carts" page, you will find the sections:

  • My current cart: this section lists all the travel services related to the business trip(s) you are currently planning.

  • Booking requests for approval: check in this section all the carts corresponding to booking requests from travelers under your responsibility, to approve or reject (available only for "manager" and "administrator" roles).

  • Carts on hold: these unfinished carts are like current carts. They are still editable, as they have not yet been booked or sent for validation to platform users authorized to verify your requests (managers and/or administrators of the company's Supertripper account).

  • Tracking of the carts sent for approval: view here all the carts you have sent for approval. Indeed, whatever your role on the platform, you could see your own booking requests sent for validation if you travel, according to the rules established within your company.

  • History: find here all activities concerning all your carts, all categories combined (requests to validate, pending carts, and carts sent for validation), or those of your collaborators, depending on your role on the platform.

🤔 Note: when you modify a cart that you have put on hold (section "Pending carts"), it will switch to the "My current cart" section. If you already have a current cart at that time, the latter will switch to the "Pending carts" section.

🟠 Important: With Supertripper, you have the ability to plan several professional trips at once, hence the ability to put carts on hold. Be vigilant, when a service is added to the cart, it is saved... but not yet booked! The service will remain in the cart as long as it is available. Remember to send your booking requests for validation or to book/validate them as soon as possible.
