How to book an "Out of policy" travel service on Supertripper?

Make an "Out of policy" travel booking on the platform.

If the service you wish to book appears as "Out of policy" in the search results, you can still book it provided it is approved by your manager(s) or a platform administrator.

🧑🏽‍💻 On your desktop computer:

  1. Click on the "Travel" tab

  2. Search for a travel service (a hotel, a flight, a train, a car, a transfer)

  3. Choose the desired "Out of policy" travel service

  4. Click on the "Add to cart" button

  5. You are then redirected to the "cart" containing this service

  6. Click on the "Send for approval" button

  7. Explain the reasons for your "Out of policy" booking request in the free text field labeled "Comment"

  8. Click on the "Validate" button

  9. One of your supervisors will receive a notification of your booking request, which they must approve or reject. Your booking request will appear with the status "pending" in your cart.

  1. Click on the "I'm booking" tab or on the Supertripper logo

  2. Search for a travel service (a hotel, a flight, a train, a car, a transfer)
