If the service you wish to book appears as "Out of policy" in the search results, you can still book it provided it is approved by your manager(s) or a platform administrator.
🧑🏽💻 On your desktop computer:
Click on the "Travel" tab
Search for a travel service (a hotel, a flight, a train, a car, a transfer)
Choose the desired "Out of policy" travel service
Click on the "Add to cart" button
You are then redirected to the "cart" containing this service
Click on the "Send for approval" button
Explain the reasons for your "Out of policy" booking request in the free text field labeled "Comment"
Click on the "Validate" button
One of your supervisors will receive a notification of your booking request, which they must approve or reject. Your booking request will appear with the status "pending" in your cart.
