What should I do if the size of my case exceeds Supio’s upload limit?
If your case is over 1,000 files or larger than 500MB, don’t panic. Reach out to support@supio.com–a member of our Support Team will get you taken care of.

What types of files does Supio support?
Supio supports .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xIs, .xIsx, .xIsm, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tiff, and .eml. For chatting, documents need to be in .pdf format.

Can I delete specific files (or an entire case)?
For file or case deletion, please email our Support Team at support@supio.com


Password protected files

Before uploading your documents, take a moment to check if any files are password-protected. Supio’s system cannot access or process files that are locked, so removing passwords beforehand will help keep your case moving forward smoothly.
