Overview
The Instant Timeline feature allows users to view structured, AI-generated medical chronologies in near real time, immediately after uploading case files. This feature extracts and organizes events, dates, and citations from medical records, enabling faster and more informed legal action on supported case types. The instant timeline enables you to have access to your data as soon as possible.
Instant Timeline: AI-first, auto-generated view from high-quality structured documents that allows you to access a high quality version of your medical chronology the same day case files are added. This does not include bills or low quality documents that require extra review.
Verified Timeline: If any documents require additional review, we will send them to our review team to be reliably processed. Once your verified timeline is ready, we publish in your medical chronology as a new version within the same tab. The initial instant timeline can be easily accessed by toggling versions in the top right as outlined in the document below.
Document Upload and Process Progressively
Once the files are uploaded, events populate in real time as documents are ingested and processed in your instant timeline. This means you don't have to wait days for a chronological summary from medical records. Instant Timeline generated within the same day. Note that larger cases will take longer to process.

We generate a high level summary for each day. Every event includes citations referencing the original files with specific page ranges.

Document Verification
For any documents that need to be verified, we skip them in the first generation cycle and provide them in the verified timeline. You can see which files are skipped in the “Additional Processing Required” bottom section of your documents uploaded and processed in your Instant Timeline. These files will be reviewed and included in your verified timeline to make sure these maintain high accuracy and quality.
