Case Teams

Track the primary attorney and support staff working each case in Supio

Availability: Generally Available July 28, 2025

Case Teams in Supio allow you to assign a primary attorney and support staff to each in case Supio to improve visibility and identify which team members should be receiving notifications for each case.

Supio Notifications

Receive notifications when critical events occur in Supio

Availability: Generally Available August 11, 2025

Notifications will alert the team members working on each case when critical updates occur so that they can always stay on top of case status. Example notifications include:

  • Timeline updates

  • Case team assignments

  • File uploads

  • Instant and Verified timelines are complete (coming 8/18)

  • New case signal has been generated for the case (coming 8/18)

Notifications will be available in-app, via email, or both. Users will be able to configure individual preferences for receiving notifications, and will be alerted to configure preferences via an initial notification.

Timeline Calendar View

View your MedChron as a calendar

Availability: Generally Available August 18, 2025

With this release, your timeline of events will now also be available as a calendar view for ease of naviGenerally Availabletion. The calendar view will become available as soon as the timeline is verified.

Instant Timeline Speed Improvements

Use AI to chat with your Instant Timeline immediately, and process complex documents

Availability: Generally Available August 18, 2025

Instant Timelines in Supio allow you to immediately interact with your medical chronology as soon as you add case documents. This month, we are adding the ability to:

  • Use Supio’s AI Assistant to chat with your chronology as soon as it begins to populate

  • Add new case documents at any time and have them immediately processed by AI

  • Process handwritten notes or poor quality scans immediately

  • Get notified within Supio as soon as a verified timeline is completed

Response Builder

Use AI to automatically quickly respond to questions sent by defense

Availability: Generally Available August 18th

Supio’s response builder is part of our AI drafting suite and helps attorneys rapidly respond to interrogatories or other questions from defense. It integrates with our Document Intelligence™, which is powered by deep understanding of plaintiff documents and relationships between medical records, bills, reports and other documents. It accurately identifies the questions in the defense document and pulls relevant data points to generate responses to each question.

New Case Creation Experience

Streamline case creation and begin interacting with your documents immediately

Availability: Generally Available September 1st

With the new case creation experience in Supio, creating a new case and adding documents will become more seamless and accelerate your ability to analyze the case and begin prep work. Upon adding a case, customers will now see:

  • The status of the case upload, as well as any issues that need to be resolved

  • Direct links to Supio’s instant timeline for the case, the Explore page to use AI to chat against the case documents, and the case overview page

  • Details on case type and the assigned team

The new case creation experience will be available later this month.

Feature Updates

Chat History

AI Chat in Supio will display the chat history for reference when opening it to add a new prompt.

Enhanced SmartAdvocate Integration

The next update to the SmartAdvocate integration will enable data pushback of incident facts and provider information, followed by billing data next month. We are also adding new tags to more easily select demand letter type and package type. Learn more about the new tags here.

Litify Case Economics Data Pushback

Populates bill information with facility, date, amount, and adjustments as a roll-up of deduplicated line item groups.
