What's New
We've introduced CasePeer Integration, which allows law firms using CasePeer to automatically sync cases and their associated documents into Supio. This update is designed to help teams eliminate manual case setup and document uploads.
The Opportunity it Creates
Previously, firms had to manually export documents from their case management system and upload them to Supio for analysis. With this feature, teams can now automatically sync cases by simply adding a tagged task in CasePeer, enabling them to immediately begin generating intelligence packages without any manual file transfers. This creates opportunities for faster case turnaround times and reduced administrative overhead that were not previously possible.
How to Get Started
To start using CasePeer Integration:
Contact your Customer Success Manager to set up the CasePeer integration for your firm
In CasePeer, create a task on any case you want to sync
Include the word "supio" in the task name
(Optional) Specify package types in the task description (e.g., "deep dive, chronology, liability demand")
Assign the task to yourself or any team member
Supio will automatically sync the case and all associated files twice daily
How it Works
The CasePeer Integration works by:
Monitoring for tagged tasks: Supio checks your CasePeer system twice daily for any tasks containing the word "supio"
Automatic case and file sync: All case information and associated documents are automatically pulled into Supio
Custom package specification: Teams can specify which intelligence packages they want generated by listing them in the task description
Ongoing updates: Supio continues to check for newly added files and updates to synced cases twice daily
Who it’s For
This feature is available to firms using CasePeer case management software on all Supio plans.
