Case Review Agent helps attorneys and legal staff get up to speed on new cases quickly by automatically extracting and summarizing key case details from uploaded documents or connected case management systems, so they can review, confirm, and act on the facts without digging through files manually.
What's New
We've introduced Case Review Agent, which allows attorneys and legal staff to see a structured, AI-generated summary of a new case — including the parties involved, key events, and critical dates — as soon as they open it in Supio. This update is designed to help teams onboard new cases faster and reduce the risk of missing important details under time pressure.
The Opportunity It Creates
Previously, when a new case landed on a lawyer's desk, getting oriented meant manually reviewing every document to piece together who was involved, what happened, and when. This process was time-consuming and error-prone, especially at the end of a long day or when cases arrived with tight turnarounds.
With Case Review Agent, Supio proactively analyzes case documents as soon as they're connected or uploaded, and surfaces a structured summary ready for attorney review. Teams can now onboard new cases in a fraction of the time, with the confidence that key details have been captured and sourced — enabling faster intake, earlier collaboration, and more informed drafting from day one.
How to Get Started
To start using Case Review Agent:
Connect your existing case management system to Supio, or upload case files directly.
Navigate to the Overview page for your case.
Review the AI-extracted details — each field is shown alongside its source document for easy verification.
Confirm or update details one by one to finalize your case record.
Share the confirmed overview with colleagues and use the details directly in drafting.
How It Works
Case Review Agent works by:
Automatically analyzing documents as soon as they are connected or uploaded to a case in Supio.
Extracting structured case details — parties, incident information, key dates, and more — and linking each piece of information back to its source document.
Presenting a review queue on the case Overview page, so attorneys can verify AI-extracted details against the original documents quickly and confirm them one by one.
Making confirmed details available across Supio — for collaboration with colleagues and for use in drafting demand letters and other case documents.
Note: Supio surfaces the source for each extracted detail automatically, so you can verify accuracy against the original document without hunting for it yourself.
