The Westlaw Advantage integration eliminates the context-switching between case intelligence and legal research. When attorneys identify a research need during case review, they can move directly into Westlaw's Deep Research or Litigation Document Analyzer using links within Supio. Case development stays connected from facts to validated legal arguments in a single workflow.

DMS Auto-Sync
Keep case files current with automatic document syncing from your DMS and CMS

Connector Auto-Sync eliminates the manual work of monitoring external folders and re-importing new documents as cases develop. When Auto-Sync is enabled for a connected folder in SharePoint, Box, OneDrive, Dropbox, Litify, or SmartAdvocate, Supio checks those locations twice daily and automatically pulls in any new files added after case creation. Sync scope is configured per case and per folder, so teams can run Auto-Sync on relevant folders while leaving others as manual imports.
Key capabilities include:
Auto-Sync support across all major DMS connectors (SharePoint, Box, OneDrive, Dropbox) and CMS connectors (Litify, SmartAdvocate)
Twice-daily folder monitoring that pulls new documents into the case automatically
Per-folder sync control — enable Auto-Sync on select folders while keeping others as manual imports
"Sync if newer" logic that appends updated file versions as supplemental records rather than overwriting
Firm-level default sync settings configurable by administrators to reduce per-case setup time

Sharefile Connector
Once enabled, firms can quickly load files from Sharefile when creating cases in Supio.
Instant Demand Blueprint
Instant Demands have merged into Blueprints within the Supio drafting tab.
Ledger Enhancements
Settlement Calculator: A settlement calculator has been added to the ledger to game out different settlement scenarios and net client recovery, with lien and insurance payment data being pulled directly in from the ledger.
General Usability
Ledger search — Both ledgers now have a search bar that filters line items in real time
Ledger export improvements — Source file name and page number are now included in exports; the export button has been moved out of the 3-dot menu for easier access
Resizable columns & prominent filters — All columns are resizable and filters are now displayed directly on the ledger for better discoverability
Pre-DOI line items — Users can now bulk-mark all pre-DOI line items as unrelated in one action
Add Bills button — Now styled in the primary color to better guide users
Bill Ledger
Inline editing via double-click — Any cell can now be double-clicked to open editing, including shortcuts to add payments or adjustments directly, reducing steps and improving discoverability
Simplified summary cards — Insurance payments and adjustments on Facility cards now show stable rolled-up totals, with a hover menu for payor-level breakdown; the same pattern applies to the top-level summary cards
Lien Ledger
Terminology & styling updates — "Total Requested" renamed to "Total Original" to align with industry language; "Total Negotiated" color updated to a more neutral style
Facility lien improvements — Balance calculation updated so payments are no longer required for the balance to populate; paid amount is no longer required when manually adding Facility-type lien line items
