Sometimes, it is useful to see how a contact was added to your CRM. Perhaps you added a contact to your CRM with Surfe, perhaps you added them manually, or perhaps you added them another way. To keep a record of when a contact is added to your CRM with Surfe, you can easily change the ‘Source’ field to Surfe.
Head to the Surfe dashboard and open the Properties/Field mapping tab. Here, in the empty field, map your source to Surfe.
Now, when you are in your CRM, you can filter your contacts by Source and easily see which contacts were added to your CRM with Surfe.
