Can I cancel or change my order?

What do I need to do to cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet progressed too far in the shipping process, you can cancel it. To do so, it is important to contact our customer service team in good time. Refunds are usually made to the original payment method you chose when placing your order.

How can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to orders that have already been placed, such as exchanging products or changing the payment method. If you would like to make any changes, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one. In both cases, please use our Messenger at the bottom right of the website. Please include your order number and the email address you used to place the order. You can find this information in your order confirmation.

What happens if I want to cancel my order but it has already been shipped?

If your order has already been shipped, you can track the shipment and refuse delivery when it arrives. Once the order has been returned to our warehouse, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. You can then place a new order with the correct items if you wish.
