After each round of trials, coaches and technical staff review player performance. Successful players will receive a formal offer by email from the club.
Offers are usually sent within a week of the final trial session for that age group.
If you don’t receive an offer, we encourage you to continue your development in our Sharks Skills Academy or SDS, and to trial again the following year.
Feedback is not provided individually due to the large number of participants, but pathways staff are happy to suggest next steps.
