You can withdraw your Available balance at any time. SwapX offers four withdrawal methods — pick the one that works best for you.
Before you start
Make sure your funds are in your Available balance (not On Hold). On Hold funds are still within Steam's 7-day trade hold and can't be withdrawn yet.
Step 1 — Choose a withdrawal method
Go to your wallet and click "Withdraw". You'll see four options:
Crypto — withdraw to your cryptocurrency wallet (Ethereum, Bitcoin, USDC, USDT)
Card — withdraw to a Visa or Mastercard
Revtag — withdraw to a Revolut account using your @username
Bank Transfer — withdraw to a bank account via IBAN
Step 2 — Fill in the details and submit
Enter the amount, your name, and the details required for your chosen method. Each method has a minimum and maximum withdrawal amount — you'll see these on the form.
Step 3 — Wait for review
Every withdrawal request goes through a brief review. You'll receive an email confirming that your request has been received.
Step 4 — Complete the withdrawal
What happens next depends on the method:
Crypto: After approval, funds are sent directly to your wallet. No further action needed on your side.
Card / Revtag / Bank Transfer: After approval, you'll receive an email with a link to your SwapX dashboard. Log in and click the button to open the payment form where you'll provide the final transfer details. Funds are then sent via Revolut.
How long does it take?
Review usually takes up to 24 hours. Once approved, crypto withdrawals depend on blockchain confirmation time. Card, Revtag, and Bank Transfer withdrawals are typically processed within minutes after you complete the payment form.
