What you need to provide
Withdrawal amount (in USD), first and last name, wallet address.
⚠️ Double-check your wallet address. Crypto transactions are irreversible — if you enter the wrong address, we cannot recover the funds.

How it works
1. Submit a withdrawal request with your wallet address
2. Your request enters review (you'll get a confirmation email)
3. After approval, the admin sends the crypto transfer manually
4. You'll receive an email with the transaction hash (TX hash) once the transfer is confirmed on-chain
5. You can verify the transaction yourself using a blockchain explorer
Processing time
After approval, processing time depends on blockchain network load. Most transfers are confirmed within a few minutes to an hour.
