Every withdrawal on SwapX goes through several statuses. Here's what each one means and what you should do.
Pending review
Your withdrawal request has been submitted and is waiting for review. This is normal β every request goes through a brief verification process.
π§ You'll receive an email: "Withdrawal request received"
π No action needed. Just wait β review usually takes up to 24 hours.
Approved (action required)
Your request has been approved. What happens next depends on the method:
Crypto: No action needed β the transfer will be sent to your wallet.
Card / Revtag / Bank Transfer: You need to complete the withdrawal in your SwapX dashboard.
π§ You'll receive an email: "Action required β complete your withdrawal" (Card/Revtag/Bank Transfer) or "Crypto withdrawal in progress" (Crypto)
π For Card/Revtag/Bank Transfer: Click the link in the email, log in, and complete the payment form.
Completed
Your withdrawal has been successfully processed and funds have been sent.
π§ You'll receive an email: "Withdrawal completed" β with transaction details and (for crypto) a TX hash.
π No action needed. For crypto, you can verify the transaction in a blockchain explorer.
Rejected
Your withdrawal request was rejected during review. The funds have been automatically returned to your SwapX Available balance.
π§ You'll receive an email: "Withdrawal request rejected β funds returned"
π You can submit a new request or contact support if you have questions about why it was rejected.
Failed
The withdrawal was approved but failed during processing (e.g., a technical issue with the payment provider). The funds have been automatically returned to your SwapX Available balance.
π§ You'll receive an email: "Withdrawal failed"
π You can try again or choose a different withdrawal method. If the issue persists, contact support.
