Withdrawal rejected or failed — what now?

Your withdrawal was rejected or failed? Don't worry — your funds are safe. Here's what happened and what to do next.

Updated this week

If your withdrawal was rejected or failed, your money is safe. In both cases, the funds are automatically returned to your SwapX Available balance and are available immediately.

Rejected — what does it mean?

A withdrawal is rejected when it doesn't pass the review stage. This can happen for various reasons — for example, incorrect data or a security check.

📧 You'll receive an email: "Withdrawal request rejected — funds returned to your account". If a reason was provided by the reviewer, it will be included in the email.

What to do:

1. Check if the details you entered were correct (name, wallet address, IBAN, card number, etc.)

2. Fix any issues and submit a new withdrawal request

3. If the reason is unclear, contact support at support@swapx.gg

Failed — what does it mean?

A withdrawal fails when it was approved but something went wrong during processing — for example, a technical issue with the payment provider, an invalid wallet address, or a problem on the receiving end.

📧 You'll receive an email: "Withdrawal failed"

What to do:

1. Try submitting a new withdrawal request

2. If the issue repeats, try a different withdrawal method

3. If the problem persists, contact support at support@swapx.gg

Key takeaway: In both cases, your funds are safe and returned to your balance. You can withdraw them again at any time.
