The “Website Notifications” feature adds a built-in notification center to your website, funnel or community.
Once enabled, logged-in members will see a bell icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. Clicking this icon opens a dedicated notification panel where they can view any updates or interactions they've missed.
The notification panel is divided into four tabs to help users manage and filter their updates:
All - Displays all notifications in one place.
Unread - Shows only notifications that haven't been opened yet.
Social - Includes activity such as mentions and replies
Store - Includes order related updates like:
Order placed successfully
Order shipped
Email Notifications
To ensure members don't miss important interactions, the system also sends email notifications in the following cases:
When a member is mentioned
When a member receives a reply
These emails are only sent if the corresponding website notification has not been viewed within 20 minutes.
