The Discussion Widget is a powerful tool that allows you to create interactive discussion channels on any page. It enables real-time communication for various purposes, with users having the ability to send messages, upload images, and even create polls for others to vote on.
Adding The Discussion Widget To A Page
Click Add Widgets on the left-hand side of the page when inside the Builder:
2. Navigate to the Community Section where the widget is located:
3. Drag and drop the widget onto the page of your choosing
Configuring & Customizing The Discussion Board Widget
Once the Discussion Widget is added to your page, our platform will immediately prompt you to create a new channel or select an already existing one. By default, you will be presented with the option to select an existing channel.
Successfully selecting a channel will bring up the rest of the widget options, located under the Discussion Threads area, which can Las be accessed through the settings of the widget.
The initial setup of the widget always defaults to the "Multiple Channels" view, but you can switch to a single-channel setup at any time.
Depending on your selection, different customization options will be available within the Discussion Threads area.

What Kind Of Discussion Board Do You Want?
Single Channel: A single discussion space where all conversations happen
Multiple Channel: Multiple channels for organized discussions.
Discussion Board Name
Enter a custom name for the discussion board. This name appears as the title of the widget
Channel Name
Enter a unique channel name or select an existing channel from the list.
Who Can Message?
All Members: Anyone can send messages
Admins and Moderators: Only admins and moderators can send messages.
Only Admins: Restricts messaging to admins only

View Style
Choose how the discussion board is displayed.
(Row View: Displays channels in a horizontal layout)
(Column View: Displays channels in a vertical layout)
(Sidebar View: Displays channels in a sidebar for easy navigation)
Fix Height Relative To Viewport
When enabled, the widget's height is dynamically adjusted relative to the viewport height, ensuring a more responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes.

Switches the widget’s appearance to a sleek, modern dark mode, offering a stylish alternative to the light theme.
