I have booked an activity for several people. Now my name is on every ticket. How can I change this?

When you book for several people, your name appears on each ticket. This is not a problem since the tickets are not personalized.

Therefore, a name change is not necessary and not possible. As long as each person has a valid ticket, you can participate in the activity without any issues, even if your name is on all the tickets.

Exceptions

However, there are tickets where the name of the booked person is important. In this case, you provide this information during the booking process when you select the number of people.

This applies to all SBB products:

  • Swiss Travel Pass

  • SBB Saver Day Pass

  • Point-to-point tickets

In these cases, you will be asked to provide the name of each person. The correct name will then appear on the ticket you receive as a PDF after booking.
