How can I change the date or time of my activity?

In most cases, you can change the date or time of your booking. To do this, click on the link in the confirmation email you received after booking. Then select the "Rebook now" option.

Please note that rebooking is only possible in the following cases:

  • The price of the new booking remains the same

  • The rebooking applies to the same number of tickets as the original booking

  • The prices of the ticket are not dynamic

If a rebooking isn't possible, you can cancel the booking yourself if our partner conditions allow this. Please note the 24-hour cancellation period. If you are already within this period, a cancellation and therefore a rebooking is no longer possible.

If you wish to rebook an activity that can't be cancelled, please contact us via our support chat. Depending on the case, we can find a solution for you.
