If you are arriving outside of these times, you can follow these simple steps to check-in after hours.

Go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings
Step 2:
Choose "Superloop Secure" or "Superloop"
Step 3:
Click on "Forgot Password"
Step 4:
Enter your email address
Step 5:
Reset the password via the email
Step 6:
Set your password
Step 7:
Go back to your Wi-Fi settings and click on "Superloop Secure" or "Superloop"
Step 8:
Login using your email address and the password you have just set up
Step 9:
Once you logged in accept T&Cs and press "CONNECT"

Click into the email, press "Reset Password"

Enter new password

Open The Switch app again and enter your details
