You can follow these simple steps to check-in in case you arrive after hours (after 7pm on weekdays; after 5pm on weekends).

You can use the Student Mobile Access app on your phone to access your key. Make sure that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on. You can gain access to the building outside by using the card scanner.

Once you enter the building, you will need to scan the digital key in the Student Mobile Access app again in the lift against the card reader and then press your floor number to access your apartment floor.

Once you reach your level, you can find your apartment number. To unlock your door, open your Student Mobile Access app and place your phone against the card reader until the door unlocks. Please make sure you access the correct room number, you can see your room number in your app.

Our reception is open from 9am on the weekdays and 10am on the weekends. Please visit the front desk located on the ground floor to notify a Switch team member of your arrival. It’s situated where the Doncaster Ave sign is, which might not be immediately obvious. Look for the ramp and stairs to the entrance, and you’ll find an entrance that leads into a welcoming reception. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have about the building or your contract.
