We've got some information to ensure you have a smooth check in overnight.
/ Your Key
Our team will send you a virtual key using the Vingcard Mobile Access app (iOS/Android). To use this, just make sure your Bluetooth is on, and hold this up to the card reader. You'll need this to get into the building, in the elevator, and to enter your apartment and room.
Here's how to set it up:
Turn your mobile Bluetooth on
Open the email titled 'Invitation to check in with Vingcard Mobile Access'
Use the link to download the Vingcard Mobile Access App. Only available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Open the App & enter your email address. Tick to accept the Privacy Policy & Licence agreement. Then Click Register.
Open email titled 'Verify your Mobile Access registration'
Click, Verify Email. Click, Open App
Click on your apartment number. You now have your Digital Key! Scan your key to access to the front door, the lift & your apartment
If this isn't working for you, you can call our Community Attendant on 0407 820 096, or use the intercom located to the left of the external doors (only press once, as pressing twice hangs up the call). They'll be able to provide temporary access to your room.
/ Internet
1. You will only be able to set up your account from your Check In Day
2. Open the email titled 'Welcome to Exosphere' or 'Wifi.support'
3. Click Set Password
4. Accept Terms & Conditions
5. Connect your phone to the WiFi Network: Superloop
(any issues regarding the internet, please call 1300 738 353)
6. A webpage will load, Enter your email address & password
7. Click the red connect button

Please come and see us the next day at the Welcome Hub on the ground floor during the day (after you've had a great sleep and are fully refreshed). We'll be able to help you complete your check in, show you around, and help you out with any questions you might have.
