πŸš€ Introducing: Update Future Bookings – Effortlessly Manage Ongoing Engagements!

Ever needed to adjust booking details from a specific date onwards without the hassle of individually editing or deleting multiple entries? Our new "Update Future Bookings" feature is here to revolutionise how you manage ongoing candidate placements!

Imagine this: a candidate's pay rate changes, their AWR status needs updating, or a new consultant is taking over a set of bookings. Previously, this might have meant a lot of manual admin. Now, you can make these changes swiftly and accurately from a single point.

How it Works:

It's simple! When viewing an existing booking that's part of a series:

  1. Make Your Initial Change: Edit any required field on the booking – perhaps it's the pay rate, consultant split, or AWR status. You can do this directly on the summary screen or within the main editable tabs.

  2. Choose to "Update Future Bookings": Instead of just saving the changes for that single booking, you'll now see an "Update Future Bookings" button in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Fine-Tune Your Updates:

    • A list of all subsequent bookings for that candidate, at that client and job, will appear.

    • Crucially, you'll see exactly which fields you've just modified. You can then select which of these changes you want to apply to future bookings. For example, update the pay rate for all future shifts, but only change the consultant split for the initial booking you edited.

    • You also have the flexibility to select or deselect specific future bookings if the change doesn't apply to all of them.

  4. Confirm & Relax: Click "Yes," and the system will instantly apply your chosen updates to all selected future bookings.

Why You'll Love It:

  • Massive Time Savings: Update rates, AWR statuses, consultant details, and more across multiple future bookings in a few clicks.

  • Increased Accuracy: Reduce the risk of manual errors when making repetitive changes.

  • Greater Flexibility: Choose exactly which fields to update and which future bookings to apply them to. Whether it's a pay increase, a correction, or a change in assignment details, you have precise control.

  • Simplified Admin: Streamline the process of managing long-term or daily/weekly rolling bookings.

This powerful new tool is designed to handle a multitude of fields within the booking page. If you update it, it becomes available for mass update, making your day-to-day management of candidate placements significantly more efficient.

πŸ› οΈ User Improvements πŸ› οΈ

These smaller, yet impactful, updates are designed to make your life a little bit easier and your daily tasks more seamless:

1. Enhanced 'Starts Tab' Filtering: Zero in on Your Starters!

We know how crucial it is to keep track of candidates starting new assignments. To help you manage this more effectively, we've added a new filter to the Starts Tab within the Consultant Overview page.

  • What's New? You can now easily filter your list of upcoming starters by Permanent, Temporary, or Contract placements.

  • Why it Helps: This is particularly useful for consultants managing specific desks. For instance, your permanent recruitment team can now quickly isolate their perm starters without sifting through temp or contract bookings, and vice-versa. This allows for more focused follow-ups and a smoother onboarding experience for your candidates.

2. AWR Process Management: Introducing the 'Legal Hirer' Field

As a first step in our ongoing efforts to enhance AWR (Agency Workers Regulations) tracking and reporting, we've introduced a new "Legal Hirer" field within the Company profile.

  • What is it? This field allows you to specify the legal hirer for AWR purposes, which may differ from the primary client or customer you have on record (e.g., based on location or a specific entity within a larger group).

  • The Benefit: By default, you can replicate the customer code, but this new field offers greater flexibility to accurately group and customise your AWR reporting based on the actual legal employing entity.

  • What's Next? This is just the beginning! We're actively working on more comprehensive AWR updates, and this field is a foundational element. Stay tuned for more enhancements in future releases. If you have questions or want to start exploring this field, please reach out.
