The Future of Search is Here: Introducing the Beta Candidate Search!

We are incredibly excited to give you a first look at the future of search within your CRM. This release introduces our new Candidate Search in a special beta mode. This means you can use it alongside the existing search, giving you the power to help us shape its evolution.

Key Features of the Beta Search:

  • A Streamlined & Powerful Interface: Enjoy a cleaner interface where your search criteria build a dynamic "search string" at the top, which you can edit with a single click.

  • Game-Changer: Integrated Availability Search: Search for Booking Desk availability directly from the Candidate Search. Specify multiple days and even time ranges, with results visually highlighting who is available, partially available, or unavailable.

  • Hyper-Target Your Best Talent: Search Within Favourites: Focus your search on curated lists by selecting a Favourites List and then adding further criteria, allowing for incredibly targeted searches of your best candidates.

  • Precise List Curation for Bulk Actions: When preparing a bulk action, you can now de-select individuals across multiple pages, and your choices will remain "sticky," making it easy to refine your recipient list without affecting your original search.

πŸ› οΈ User Improvements πŸ› οΈ

We're also rolling out a series of valuable updates to enhance your daily operations and save you precious time:

  • Bulk Actions in the Starts Tab: We've made managing your starters even more efficient. From the Starts Tab in the Consultant Overview, you can now select multiple candidates and use the "Bulk Action Update" (via the three-dots menu) to mark them all as "Started," "Cancelled," or "No Show" in a single action.

  • Recurring Shift Patterns in the Booking Desk: Booking long-term, regular assignments is now faster than ever. When adding shifts, you can use the new "Recurring Shift Patterns" feature to instantly populate dates. Simply select "All Weekdays" (or customise the days), set a start date and duration (e.g., 6 weeks), and let the system do the work. You can still deselect individual days before confirming.

  • Multi-Day Availability Search: Finding candidates for multiple shifts just got easier. Within the Booking Desk candidates filter, the "Available on" selector now allows you to choose multiple days at once. The search will return all candidates who have full, partial, or even "unknown" availability on at least one of the selected days, ensuring you never miss a potential placement.

  • Streamlined Email Sending Flow: We've significantly reduced the number of clicks required to send emails. Now, you can simply compose your message or select a template, click "Preview," and then choose to "Send Now" or "Schedule Send" directly from the preview window. We've also made adding a "Campaign" or a diary note optional, further speeding up the process for those quick sends.
