🏛 AWR Rate Management: Automatic Prompts for Post-AWR Rates
When updating a booking from AWR Pre-Period to AWR Compliant, the system now:
Detects any difference between pre- and post-AWR rates
Prompts you to update the booking to the correct post-AWR rate
Allows you to update this booking only or all future bookings in one go
Ensures AWR rules cannot be bypassed if your system uses AWR
Outcome:
Zero lapses, zero errors — full compliance every time.
📘 AWR Holiday Percentage Added to the Information Panel
For consultants copying bookings into future weeks, the “i” icon now shows:

We’ve tightened booking-edit access for compliance and payroll protection.
Consultants without BookingAdmin permission can no longer edit:
Live bookings
Completed bookings
Cancelled bookings
Only Draft/Initial bookings remain editable for standard users
BookingAdmin users retain full edit access
Benefit:
Once a booking is finalised or processed, it stays locked — protecting payroll integrity and preventing accidental changes.

Hot Leads now include a Signature Used column and filter, allowing you to:

🔑 Reset Password Button on Candidate Profiles
If a candidate gets stuck logging into the portal:
You can now trigger a reset email directly from their profile
The reset action is logged in the Diary Log for full visibility
