When getting used to any system, it's always important to know where to find information as well as making it easy for you to access what is important for you.

The Menu tab in Talisman is the switchboard page to get you to anywhere you need to be, and also a way to create data records in the CRM. The most commonly used ones are:

Cons.Overview

  • The Consultant Overview is the perfected home page for any Recruiter/Team Lead to visualise exactly what is on yours and your team's desk. Everything from how many BD outbound calls you have done, through to all your Starters for the week can all be found here.

Add New

  • You can use this to add in Candidates, Clients, Contacts and Jobs and Bookings.

Search

  • Quickly jump into the data index of all records in the system.

CV Queue

  • CV Queue is the traffic control for all CV's you send into Talisman either from your email, or from any Job Board/Job Application integrations you have (like Logic Melon).

When you first log into the system, you might notice that your sidebar is a bit bare with Cons. Overview as your only tab. This is because your sidebar is fully customisable for you to pin exactly what is relevant to you. You will also notice that every part of the system you go into leaves a trail underneath anything you have pinned. This is to quickly jump back to previous pages you have been working on without forgetting them, or having to remember which record it was.
