To find the newly created Job, go into Talisman CRM -> “Cons. Overview” -> “Jobs” Tab.
You can shortlist candidates to a job in two ways:
1. From the Candidate Records.
2. From within the Job Record.
Shortlisting through the Candidate Records (VIDEO)
First, navigate to the Candidate Search (Menu -> “Candidate Search”).
Once in the Candidate Search, you can build searches that are as simple or as complex as you wish with all the fields available to you. You can even load up Saved Searches in this page if they already exist.
Select the desired candidate(s) with the tickbox to the left of their names (Quick Tip, if you want to shortlist the full list, use the 3 dots at the top of the page and select “Tick Displayed”), then right click over one of the candidates’ “Cand No” so it displays the options below. Select “Add” -> “To Shortlist”.
Then you will be able to select the job number in “Job” in the list you see below:
Review the candidate list and repeat the action above for all candidates that meet the job profile, then select the tickbox against all the candidates you want to add and select “Add ticked to Job” as shown below.
Shortlisting through the Job (VIDEO)
Navigate to Job Record -> “Shortlist” -> “Add To Shortlist”. The benefit of shortlisting this is that all the work on the job/profile codes that you entered when creating the job pulls through into the search initially to create an auto match of suitable candidates.
Select the desired candidates with the tickbox to the left of their names (Quick Tip, if you want to shortlist the full list, use the “Add all to Job X” button on the right). Then select the “Add ticked to Job'' button on the right.
