Of course your contact loved your candidate! So it is only natural that they would want to offer them the job. When it comes to sending contracts, Talisman is flexible to suit your exact process.
If your client sends a contract to the Candidate:
Fantastic! Less work for you, and all you need to do at this point is to move the Candidate to the “Offer” stage while the contract sending/signing takes place. Once the contract has been signed, you can move straight over to “Step 8: Bookings/Placements”.
If your client has provided a contract for you to send to the Candidate, navigate to the Job Shortlist tab -> select the 3 dots next to the Candidate -> “Send Email to Candidate”. From here it is as simple as choosing/editing a template -> attaching the contract to the email -> “Preview” & “Send”.
Once the contract has been returned you can upload this to the Job by going to the Job Record -> Documents in the top right and uploading the document with the correct Type/Tag.
If you send your own contracts:
Navigate to the job -> right click on the Candidate’s “Can No” -> Select “Create Document”. Any documents that have been created by your Admin users will be available to you. Select the document, and you will be able to make any tweaks or changes and then save the document against the candidate*.
After saving the contract -> navigate to the Job Shortlist tab -> select the 3 dots next to the Candidate -> “Send Email to Candidate”. From here it is as simple as choosing/editing a template -> attaching the created contract to the email -> “Preview” and “Send”.
