Sending Candidates To Your Clients

Step 5: A-Z Job Shortlisting Pipeline

When you have your list of Candidates ready to send to your Client, you are able to send them either in bulk or individually depending on what you require.

Sending CVs in bulk (3 dots next to “Shortlist” -> “Email all CVs to Client”)

  • We recommend sorting your candidates into the correct stages before using this option. Think of “Initial” as your Longlist, then “Pending” as your true shortlist of candidates you are wanting to send to the Client.

If you have not yet formatted your CVs/created Submittals for your candidates, head back to “Create a Document” in Step 4 to get these set-up.

Navigate to the 3 dots button next to “Shortlist” -> “Email All CVs to Client”. If you get a warning saying one or more of the candidates do not have a CV tagged as “CVCLIENT”, go back to step 4 “Create a Document”. The screen below will load where you can choose any of the templates you have created in Talisman, and also tweak and change the email as required. The CVs tagged with “CVCLIENT” will link as an attachment. When you are ready, click “Preview” and then “Send”.

This will automatically move the candidates into the “CV Sent” pipeline stage.
