Administrators may not always be in their office when they need to send a message to their school community. To allow admins--both school and district level--to do their jobs on the go, TalkingPoints has released a TalkingPoints for Admins Mobile App Beta.
Please note that district-level messaging is not currently supported in the mobile app. Partners should continue to use the web experience to send announcements to the whole district.
With the Beta release of the TalkingPoints for Admins mobile app, administrators will have access to the admin inbox and will be able to send announcements and messages from anywhere. TalkingPoints will continue adding to and improving the mobile app to maximize effective engagement for our on-the-go administrators.

The Admin Mobile App Beta version was released to the mobile app stores on May 22, 2024.
Who can use the TalkingPoints for Admins Mobile App?
District and school level users who hold permissions to send messages can log into and use the Admin Mobile App.
What types of messages can be sent and are there any restrictions?
Using the Admin Mobile App, administrators can send messages to a whole school, school groups, or classes. Please note that district-level messaging is not currently supported, so all messages will be two-way.
Can admins send a message as themselves from the Admin Mobile App?
Not at this time, but administrators who also have a teacher-level role may use the Teacher Mobile App to message as themselves.
How does it work?
Users with school or district-level roles who hold permissions to send messages can download the Admin Mobile App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. See this Admin Mobile App Beta help center article for details on downloading the app and the features available in the app.
Why is the Admin Mobile App designated as Beta?
This initial release of the new Admin Mobile App is noted as a Beta release since it is the first version of the app available for use by TalkingPoints partners. For the Beta release, TalkingPoints focused on supporting the core function of messaging; however, the app may not yet have all of the functionality that administrators may want. TalkingPoints will continue adding to and improving the mobile app to maximize effective engagement for our on-the-go administrators.
