Freezing School Accounts

Learn how to freeze schools from your District account.

Only District Admins have the ability to freeze schools. This means all staff and families in that school will see a frozen screen, and be unable to view their TalkingPoints dashboard. This feature might be helpful if you'd like to pause your data sync. Identify how to freeze schools.

Step 1: Click on the 'Schools' tab, and select the school you'd like to view.
Step 2: Click 'Freeze School.'
Step 3: Click 'Freeze' in the dialog box that appears to confirm your choice.

If you freeze a school, only TalkingPoints Support staff will be able to unfreeze your school.
