Only District Admins have the ability to freeze schools. This means all staff and families in that school will see a frozen screen, and be unable to view their TalkingPoints dashboard. This feature might be helpful if you'd like to pause your data sync. Identify how to freeze schools.

​Step 1: Click on the 'Schools' tab, and select the school you'd like to view.
​Step 2: Click 'Freeze School.'
​Step 3: Click 'Freeze' in the dialog box that appears to confirm your choice.

If you freeze a school, only TalkingPoints Support staff will be able to unfreeze your school.
