Teachers can download conversations with families on the web application and save them as PDF's. Determine how to download message threads with families below.
Step 1: Click 'See all' or 'Messages' to view sent and received messages.
Step 2: Select the conversation thread you want to download.
Step 3: Click the three dots in the corner.
Step 4: Select 'Download conversation.'
Step 5: Select the date range of the desired history of messages and click 'Download.'
