How do I schedule a message?

Determine how to send scheduled messages to families!

This article is for teachers and staff within a school and district partnership.

Teachers can schedule messages to ensure important information is delivered to families punctually and appropriately. Determine how to schedule a message below!


Schedule a Message on Web

Step 1: Compose the message and click 'Schedule.'

Step 2: Select the date and time to send the message.

  • You can even set a scheduled message to recur! This may be helpful for a reminder you send out weekly or monthly. To schedule a message to recur, click on the down arrow next to 'Does not repeat' and select your desired cadence.

  • You can also create a completely customized recurrence schedule and select when the message should repeat and end.

Step 3: Click ‘Done’ to confirm the recurrence cadence and then click 'Schedule.'

Step 4: Scheduled messages appear on the side with the indicated date.

In addition, you can find your scheduled messages on the side of the Home page as a reminder of what you will send, as well as in the Message and Announcements section. From there you will have to option to 'Delete' or 'Edit.'


Schedule a Message on Mobile

Step 1: Compose the message and click 'Schedule.'

Step 3: Click the blue button on the bottom right to send the message. Once you schedule the message, you can take a look by clicking 'View' at the top.
