School admins can view communications between families and staff members (i.e. teachers, nurses, coaches, secretaries) from TalkingPoints for Schools. Identify how to view messages sent by staff and families.

Step 1: Click 'Messages.'
​Step 2: Click 'All Messages.'
​Step 3: Filter messages by selecting the drop-down options in 'Messages From.'
​Step 4: After clicking on a message thread, messages can be filtered by sender within the thread.
