For: District Admins, School Admins, and Teachers of AFC+, School Engagement, and District Engagement partners
❗ This feature is coming soon! If you are a current TalkingPoints partner with a AFC+, School Engagement or District Engagement package, look for this new functionality in September 2026.
Once a form has been sent, you can check in on who's responded, look at individual answers, and download all the results. Here's how.
Finding a Form's Results
There are two ways to get to a form's results:
Open a message you've already sent, and click the form inside it.
Go to Shared Content > Forms, find the form in your list, click the three dots, and choose View Statistics.
Form inside a sent message:
"View Statistics" option in the three-dot menu:
Either way, this opens a window with everything you need to review the form.
What You'll See
Inside the results window, you'll find three tabs:
Form preview. A read-only look at the original form, so you can double check what was sent.
Pending. A list of students who haven't completed the form yet. As families respond, they move off this list automatically.
Completed. A list of students who have completed the form, along with who filled it out and when.
The Form preview tab:
The "Completed" tab of a Form with responses:
Click on any completed form to see that student's individual answers. If a family uploaded a file as part of their answer, you'll see a link to download it. You can page through completed forms one at a time using the arrows.

Downloading Results
You have two options for downloading:
One student's form. Open their completed form and download it as a PDF.
All responses at once. Click Download Responses from the main results window. This gives you a CSV file with one row per student, including the student's name, the contact's name, whether it was signed, and their answers to every question.
ℹ️ Good to know: If you send the same form more than once — say, to a new group of students later on — all the responses are combined into one set of results. You don't need to check multiple places to see everyone's answers.
Viewing Forms Sent by Others
If you're an admin, you can also see forms sent by staff below your level:
School admins can view forms sent by Teacher users.
District admins can view forms sent by both School and Teacher users.
You'll find these on the Messages page.
🧠 Keep in mind: if a form was sent from a level above yours (for example, you're a Teacher and your School sent the form), you can view the original form in English, but you won't be able to see translations, individual responses, or statistics for it.
On Mobile
➡️ Completed forms and response statistics are not available on mobile.
If you're checking things from the mobile app, you can see that a message included a form, and tap it to preview the original form in English. Completed forms and response statistics are only available on the web, so you'll want to switch there when you're ready to review results.

About Translations
Families see forms in their preferred language, with English shown as the main version and the translation underneath. They can hide the translation if they'd rather see just one language. Their signature and consent always apply to the English version, since that's the official one.
One more thing to know: family answers themselves aren't translated. You'll see their responses in whatever language they used to fill out the form.
