π§ββοΈ Projects & Contacts
Every project can be connected to one or more contacts β whether it's a client, team member, or vendor.
Hereβs how it works:
You link a contact when creating a project
You can add more contacts later from the project workspace
All linked contacts appear in the Contact section of the project
From there, you can easily send them documents, emails, and assign tasks
π Contacts can be internal or external β itβs up to you how you use the connection.
π Projects & Tasks
Tasks can be created inside a project or completely on their own.
Project Tasks help keep everything tied to a timeline and deliverable
Standalone Tasks are perfect for general business work (like bookkeeping or content planning)
Project benefits:
View all related tasks in one place
Progress updates reflect overall project completion
Keep all work organized and visible across your team
π€ Contacts & Tasks
You can assign any task to a contact.
Assign tasks to yourself, your team, or linked contacts
Assigned contacts will appear on the task
Use the People tab inside the task to link contacts
Useful for follow-up tasks, client to-dos, or vendor deliverables
Everyone stays aligned on who's responsible for what β without messy spreadsheets or separate systems.
