We’re actively improving TalleFlow every day, but like any growing platform, you may occasionally run into a temporary issue. This article covers known behaviors and the fastest ways to get you back up and running.

If something here doesn’t resolve your issue, our team is always happy to help via chat.

⚠️ White Screen When Navigating Pages

What happens

In rare cases, you may see a completely white screen when navigating to a page in TalleFlow. This can happen on any page and is usually related to an authentication or session issue.

Step 1: Sign Out and Sign Back In (Try This First)

This resolves the issue most of the time.

  1. Click your profile photo in the top-right corner

  2. Select Sign Out

  3. Close the browser tab

  4. Reopen your browser

  5. Sign back into TalleFlow

If the page loads normally after this, you’re good to go.

Step 2: Clear Browser Cache

If signing out and back in does not fix the issue:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies

  2. Fully close your browser

  3. Reopen it

  4. Sign back into TalleFlow

This refreshes stored session data that may be causing the blank screen.

🧠 Why This Happens

This issue is typically caused by:

  • An expired authentication session

  • Cached session data becoming out of sync

  • A browser restoring an outdated tab

Clearing the session forces a clean re-authentication.

🚑 Still Seeing a White Screen?

If the issue persists after trying both steps:

  • Open a new browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)

  • Or open TalleFlow in an incognito/private window

  • Then contact us via in-app chat

When reaching out, it helps to include:

  • The page you were trying to access

  • Your browser and device

  • Whether the issue happens consistently or intermittently
