When a business sends you a contract through TalleFlow, you can review and sign it directly from the Client Portal. There’s no printing, scanning, or downloading required.

📩 How You Receive a Contract

You’ll receive an email from the business with a link to review your contract.

The email may include a button such as:

  • Review Contract

  • View Agreement

  • Open Portal

Clicking the button opens the contract in your browser.

👀 Reviewing the Contract

Inside the Client Portal, you can:

  • Read through the full contract

  • Review the scope, terms, and conditions

  • Scroll through all pages before signing

Take your time reviewing everything carefully.

If you have questions or need clarification, reach out to the business before signing.

✍️ Signing the Contract

When you’re ready to sign:

  1. Click the Sign or Accept button

  2. Follow the on-screen prompts

  3. Confirm your signature

Your signature is captured electronically and securely.

Note: You may have to re-confirm and verify your email address when signing a contract. This ensures the correct party signs the document securely.

🔒 Is Electronic Signing Secure?

Yes. Electronic signatures are:

  • Legally binding

  • Securely stored

  • Time-stamped for verification

Both you and the business receive a record of the signed agreement.

After Signing

Once the contract is signed:

  • The business is notified immediately

  • The contract status updates automatically

  • You may receive a confirmation email

You can always return to the portal to view the signed version.

What If I Don’t See a Sign Button?

This may happen if:

  • The contract has already been signed

  • The document is view-only

  • Another party needs to sign first

If you’re unsure, contact the business directly.

🔄 Having Trouble Signing?

If something isn’t working:

  • Refresh the page

  • Try a different browser or device

  • Make sure pop-ups aren’t blocked

If the issue continues, reach out to the business for help.
