You can complete questionnaires directly inside the Client Portal — no downloads or extra accounts required.
📩 How You Receive a Questionnaire
You’ll receive an email from the business with a link to complete the questionnaire.
The email may include a button such as:
Complete Questionnaire
Fill Out Form
Open Portal
Clicking the button opens the questionnaire in your browser.
📝 Filling Out the Questionnaire
Inside the Client Portal, you may be asked to:
Answer short or long text questions
Select options from dropdowns or checkboxes
Choose dates or timelines
Upload files (such as inspiration photos or documents)
Required questions will be clearly marked.
You can take your time filling everything out.
📎 Uploading Files
If the questionnaire includes file uploads:
Click the upload area
Select files from your device
Wait for the upload to complete before submitting
Supported file types and sizes are shown directly in the form.
✅ Submitting Your Responses
When you’re finished:
Review your answers
Click the Submit button
Once submitted:
Your responses are sent instantly to the business
You’ll see a confirmation message
No additional action is required unless the business follows up
🔄 Can I Edit My Responses After Submitting?
In most cases, submissions cannot be edited after they’re sent.
If you need to make a change:
Contact the business directly
They can resend or update the questionnaire if needed
