User sub accounts let you bring other people into your TalleFlow workspace (also called a business or brand) so they can help manage projects, clients, and documents.
📌 What Are User Sub Accounts?
User sub accounts allow you to invite other users into one specific business inside your TalleFlow account.
This is helpful when:
You have a team helping you run a business
You manage multiple businesses and want different access per business
You want someone to help with work but not change settings
👥 Roles in TalleFlow
TalleFlow currently supports three roles:
✅ Account Owner
The Account Owner is the main owner of the TalleFlow account.
Has access across all businesses
Can manage settings and users across the account
✅ Business Admin
A Business Admin has admin access only for the business they’re invited into.
Can access Business Settings
Can invite other users into that business
Can manage business level setup and configuration
✅ Business Member
A Business Member has access to work inside the business, but cannot manage settings.
Can work in the business (projects, tasks, documents, etc.)
Cannot access Business Settings
Cannot invite other users
✉️ How to Invite a Member or Admin
Invites are sent from the business you want them added to.
Go to Business Settings → Members
Click Invite Member
Enter their email address
Choose whether they should be a Business Admin or Business Member
Click Send Invite
📩 What Happens After You Invite Someone
After you send the invite:
They’ll receive an email to join the business
They’ll either:
Sign into their existing TalleFlow account, or
Create a new TalleFlow account
Once they accept, that business will appear automatically in their Business Switcher.
🏢 Accessing the Business (Business Switcher)
After joining, the invited user can switch into your workspace by using the Business Switcher.
That’s how they move between:
Their own businesses
Businesses they’ve been invited into
✅ Important Notes
Users only get access to the specific business they’re invited into
If you have multiple businesses, you’ll need to invite them separately per business (unless they’re the Account Owner)
