Online Payments Integrations

Payments integrations feature description

Make paying for a ride as easy as booking one

Make it easy for your customers to pay while booking their ride. With built-in payment integrations, you can connect your preferred payment providers and offer a smooth, secure checkout experience directly within your Web Booker.

How it helps your business

  • Accept payments instantly during booking

  • Reduce no-shows with prepaid rides

  • Offer customers multiple payment options

  • Improve cash flow with automated online payments

  • Build trust with secure and familiar payment providers

  • Expand globally with support for multiple currencies and regions

How it works

Once a payment provider is connected, customers can choose to pay online while completing their booking—making the process seamless from start to finish.

  • You connect one or more payment providers from the Payments section

  • Each provider is linked through a secure authorization flow

  • Once connected, payment options become available in your Web Booker checkout

  • During booking:

    • Customers select their trip and proceed to checkout

    • They can choose an online payment method

    • Payment is processed securely via the selected provider

  • The system:

    • Confirms the booking after successful payment

    • Stores transaction details for reference

    • Supports multiple providers if enabled

  • You can connect providers based on your region, such as:

    • Stripe (global payments)

    • PayPal (widely recognized worldwide)

    • Square (online + POS payments)

    • MultiSafepay (Europe-focused)

    • WiPay (Caribbean-focused)
