Location to Location Pricing

Location to location price rule feature description

Set fixed fares for your key routes—clear, consistent, and reliable

Define exact prices between specific locations like airports, cities, or popular destinations. This allows you to offer predictable pricing for frequently used routes without relying on distance or time calculations.

How it helps your business

  • Offer fixed pricing for high-demand routes (e.g., airport transfers)

  • Remove uncertainty by giving customers clear, upfront fares

  • Simplify pricing for frequently used routes

  • Speed up booking decisions with predictable pricing

  • Maintain control over pricing for strategic routes

How it works

When a customer selects a pickup and drop-off location, the system checks if the route matches any of your predefined routes. If it does, the fixed price you’ve set is instantly applied—no calculations, no surprises.

  • You define your key routes by selecting pickup and drop-off locations

  • Each route represents a specific journey you want to control pricing for

  • You assign a fixed price to that route, ensuring consistency every time

  • For example:

    • Airport → City Center → Fixed price applied instantly

    • City A → City B → Same price every time

  • You can create multiple routes, each with its own pricing

  • Optionally, you can:

    • Apply the same price for both directions

    • Limit rules by time or platform (Web Booker / Dispatch Panel)

  • When a booking matches one of these routes, the system bypasses dynamic calculations

  • The customer immediately sees the fixed fare during booking
