Service Area

The Service Area feature allows you to limit where customers can book rides through your Web Booker. This ensures you only accept bookings within your operational coverage area.

Enabling Service Area Restrictions

Navigate to Settings > Areas and Locations to configure booking limitations.

Creating Your Service Area

After checking "Limit my service area," you have two options:

Quick Setup Method:

  1. Search for an address to use as the center of your service area

  2. Specify a radius (in km or miles) around this address

  3. The system automatically draws the area on the map based on your radius

Manual Drawing Method:

  • Draw your service area directly on the map by placing points and connecting them to form your coverage zone

Customizing Your Service Area

Once your initial service area is created, you can refine it:

  • Drag individual points on the map to expand or contract specific sections

  • Add new points by clicking on the boundary line

  • Remove points by clicking on them

  • Reshape the polygon to match your exact coverage area, accounting for geographic features or operational constraints

Click 'Save' to apply your service area configuration. Changes take effect immediately for new bookings through the Web Booker.
