Set your service boundaries and price smarter across every zone

Set clear boundaries for your service and take control of how bookings and pricing work across different regions. With Areas & Locations, you can define exactly where you operate, restrict bookings outside your coverage, and create smarter pricing based on zones or specific places.

How it works

Understand how your service area, zones, and locations come together to control bookings and pricing.

  • Define your service area by selecting a central point and setting a radius

  • Adjust the area by reshaping the map boundary to match your real coverage

  • Create Areas (zones) to group regions (e.g., city zones, airport areas)

  • Use these areas in pricing rules and booking configurations

  • Add Locations (specific places) like airports, hotels, or stations

  • Set booking rules (pickup/drop-off allowed or restricted) for each area/location

  • Apply areas and locations in pricing, availability, and booking logic


Required

Before you can use this feature, make sure that:

  • A service area is defined to control your operational coverage (available on all plans).

  • You can Access this By going to Settings β†’ Areas and Locations.

  • You are on an Essential, Pro, or Full plan to:

    • Create Areas (zones)

    • Add specific Locations

    • Apply advanced pricing and booking rules

  • Booking policies are defined for areas or locations (pickup/drop-off restrictions)
