Never sell a ride you can't cover
Tell TaxiWebBooker how many vehicles you have, and passengers can only book while one is free. No double bookings, no last-minute scrambles, no disappointed customers.
How it helps your business
No overbooking: a fully booked product closes automatically
Built-in breathing room: add buffer time between jobs for cleaning or preparation
Less stress: your schedule stays realistic
Reliable service: passengers can trust their booking
How it works
TaxiWebBooker keeps track of how many vehicles you have for each product and checks every new booking against them.
Say you have 10 cars of one product. Once all 10 are booked for a time slot, passengers can no longer book that product for that time.
A vehicle is blocked for the time the ride takes. You can choose whether that covers the route only, or the route plus the vehicle's travel back to your depot.
A buffer (margin) in minutes is added before and after each job, for cleaning or preparation.
Other time slots stay open, so you keep taking bookings wherever you still have capacity.
