The Dispatch Panel is the central hub for managing and monitoring all taxi bookings. It allows you to track jobs throughout their lifecycle, assign drivers, and oversee operations in real time. From newly created bookings to completed or canceled trips, everything is organized into clear status tabs. This section is essential for ensuring smooth dispatch operations, timely driver allocation, and effective job management across your entire fleet.

Job Status Tabs

The Job Status Tabs in the Dispatch Panel help you organize and track bookings based on their current stage in the workflow. Each tab represents a different status, allowing you to quickly filter and manage jobs efficiently.

  • To assign

  • Todo

  • Completed jobs

  • Canceled jobs

To assign

In this tab, you can view all planned jobs that are ready to be assigned to a driver.

For every job the following information is shown:

  1. Reference → Unique booking ID

  2. Requested Time → Scheduled pickup date & time

  3. Status → Current state (e.g., Unassigned)

  4. Passengers → Vehicle type and passenger count

  5. Pick-up Address → Starting location

  6. Drop-off Address → Destination

  7. Origin → Source of booking (e.g., Web Booker)

  8. Actions (⋮ menu)

    • Duplicate → Create a copy of the booking with the same details

    • Book return → Create a return trip using the same locations

    • Resend confirmation email → Send booking confirmation again to the customer

    • Save passenger as contact → Store passenger details for future use

    • Assign driver → Manually assign a driver

    • Auto dispatch → Automatically assign a driver based on system logic

    • Complete job → Mark the booking as completed
      Mark the booking as completed.

Click any job row to open the job details screen with all available information for that ride.​

Todo

The Todo tab displays jobs that have been assigned to a driver but are not yet completed.

For every job the following information is shown:

  1. Reference → Booking ID

  2. Requested Time → Scheduled pickup time

  3. Status → Shows the status of the job, which will be assigned or unconfirmed based on the acceptance status by the driver

  4. Passengers → Vehicle type and passenger count

  5. Pick-up Address → Starting location

  6. Drop-off Address → Destination

  7. Driver → Assigned driver name

  8. Actions (⋮ menu)

    • Duplicate the booking

    • Book a return trip

    • Mark job as completed

Completed Jobs Tab

The Completed Jobs tab shows all bookings that have been successfully completed.

For every job the following information is shown:

  • Reference → Booking ID

  • Requested Time → Completed trip time

  • Passengers → Vehicle and passenger details

  • Pick-up Address → Starting location

  • Drop-off Address → Destination

  • Driver → Driver who completed the job

  • Actions (⋮ menu)

    • Duplicate the booking

    • Book a return trip

Canceled Jobs Tab

The Canceled Jobs tab lists bookings that have been canceled.

For every job the following information is shown:

  • Reference → Booking ID

  • Requested Time → Scheduled time of canceled trip

  • Passengers → Vehicle and passenger details

  • Cancellation Reason → Reason for cancellation (if available)

  • Pick-up Address → Starting location

  • Drop-off Address → Destination

  • Driver → Assigned driver (if any)

  • Actions (⋮ menu)

    • Duplicate the booking

    • Book a return trip

    • Reopen the booking

Creating a Job


Creating jobs in the dispatch panel is available on the Full plan


This section allows you to manually create a booking as an admin or owner, instead of relying on bookings made by customers through the Web Booker. It is useful for handling phone bookings, walk-ins, or internal scheduling where you need full control over entering trip, passenger, and payment details.

Click on "Add Booking" from the top right corner of the dispatch panel section.

then fill in the Required Detail

  • Enter pick-up and drop-off addresses to define the trip route

  • Select pickup date and time (with option for hourly booking if needed)

  • Choose number of passengers and vehicle type (product)

  • Select payment method and optionally enable fixed pricing

  • Provide passenger details, including:

    • Language

    • First name and last name

    • Email address

    • Phone number

  • Option to indicate if the booking is made by someone else (not the traveler)

  • Add optional extra details, such as:

    • Flight number

    • Notes for driver or internal use

  • Review the map preview for location accuracy

  • Click Save to create the booking

View, edit, and delete the job

once a job is created it shows up in the To assign tab section. You can access this by clicking on a job.

  • Provides a quick summary of the selected booking, including trip details and payment information. You can also Add record to payment balance. which eithercould be a refund or payment

  • Displays pickup and drop-off locations along with a map view for better context

  • Allows admins to take immediate actions such as assigning a driver or using auto dispatch

  • Enables quick access to view, edit, or delete the booking(Edit and delete Available only in Essential, Pro and Full Plans)

  • Helps streamline the workflow by keeping all key job information and actions in one place

Assigning a job to a driver


This feature is available on the Pro and Full plans.


The Job Dispatch feature allows you to assign a booking as job to a driver either manually or automatically.
It ensures that jobs are efficiently distributed based on driver availability and system logic.

You can access the dispatch options by clicking on a job from the list in the “To assign” tab.

From the booking details popup, you can dispatch a job using two options:

  • Assign driver (Manual dispatch)

  • Auto dispatch (Automated dispatch)

Assign Driver (Manual Dispatch)

This option allows you to manually select a driver for the job.

Once you click “Assign driver”:

  • A popup window opens displaying the list of drivers.

  • Drivers are categorized using filters:

    • All drivers

    • Available

    • Online

    • Offline

  • Each driver entry shows:

    • Driver name

    • Phone number

    • Distance (if available)

    • Current status (e.g., Online / Offline)

Actions available

  • Select a driver from the list.

  • Click “Dispatch to driver” to assign the job.

  • Click “New driver” to add a new driver if required. You can also new driver from the members sections.

If the driver is not yet using TaxiWebBooker, they receive an email invitation with instructions to download TaxiWebBooker and confirm the job assignment.​

Automated dispatch


Automated job dispatching is available on the Full plan


This option automatically assigns the job using predefined dispatch methods and fleet selection.

What happens when you click “Auto dispatch”:

  • A popup opens prompting you to select an automated dispatch method.

  • You are presented with two options:

    • Share job with driver group - Share a job link (first to accept gets the job): Generate a share link and post it (for example in WhatsApp/Telegram groups); the first driver who accepts gets the job.​

    • Send to YourDriverApp fleet - Allows you to dispatch the job to a selected driver fleet. You can choose a fleet from the set of workspaces in your TaxiWebboker account. Click “Auto dispatch to fleet” to proceed.

Unassign Job

You can unassign a job from the selected driver. By click on the job in the "Todo" tab. then clicking on the Unassign button on the bottom of the job description window.

Track & Trace – Overview


This feature is available in the Full plan


This section provides a real-time map view of your drivers, helping you monitor operations visually. It allows you to track driver locations, view their availability status, and understand how jobs are distributed across your service area.

  • View live driver locations on the map

  • Identify driver status, such as available, occupied, or unassigned

  • Use the filter option to search and display specific drivers

  • Gain better visibility into ongoing operations and job distribution.
