The Customer section allows you to manage customers that can make bookings with your drivers. Each customer functions as account within your group and can be linked to specific jobs.

Viewing Customers

Access the customer overview to see all created customers in your system.

Creating a New Customer

  • Click the blue + icon in the bottom right corner

  • Fill in the mandatory information

  • Save to create the customer

Accessing Customer Details

Click any customer from the list to navigate to their details screen.

Managing Customer Information

Edit Customer: Click the "Edit Customer" button to modify customer information

Delete Customer: Click the red "Delete" button to remove the customer from your system

Debtor Code

Each customer receives a unique customer code that enables passengers to book rides "on account" through your passenger app.

Data Export

Customer information appears in Excel job exports, which can be uploaded to your administration tools for accounting purposes.

On Account Passengers

Adding Passengers via Portal

To allow passengers to book on account for a specific customer:

  • Navigate to the customer details screen

  • Click the "Add passenger" button

  • Use the exact phone number the passenger registered with in your passenger app

  • Once created, the passenger can select "On account" as a payment option

Adding Passengers via Web Booker

Passengers can self-register for customer accounts when:

  • The "Allow customers to sign in" option is enabled in Web Booker settings

  • Login and signup buttons appear in the top bar of the Web Booker

  • Passengers complete the signup process independently

Managing Passenger Access

Deactivating Passengers

When a passenger should no longer book on account:

  • Click on the passenger row to enter their details screen

  • Deactivate the passenger

  • Deactivated passengers move to the "Inactive passengers" tab

Reactivating Passengers

Access the "Inactive passengers" tab to view and reactivate previously deactivated passengers.
