The Customer section allows you to manage customers that can make bookings with your drivers. Each customer functions as account within your group and can be linked to specific jobs.
Access this section by clicking on the Customers Icon from the left sidebar
Customers are available on the Pro and Full plans.
Customers
Access the customers section to overview of all customers in your system.
Creating a New Customer
Click the '+ Add customer' icon in the bottom right corner
Fill in the mandatory information
Save to create the customer
Add Account Screen
Once you click save it get redirected to the Customer Account section provides a centralized view of all information related to a specific company or customer, including company details, associated contacts, and invoices.
Customers details
Company Information includes key details such as company name, customer code (unique customer code that enables passengers to book rides "on account" through your passenger app.), email, phone number, and address, giving a quick overview of the customer’s profile.
Contacts
lists all individuals linked to the customer account, including their name, email, phone number, and role (e.g., Passenger, Admin, Main Contact). Multiple contacts can be added, and all listed contacts can access the Web Booker if enabled.
Invoices
Displays all billing records related to the customer, with options to search and filter by year and date range, as well as export invoice data when needed.
Overall, this section acts as a single place to manage customer details, their contacts, and all related invoicing information.
Managing Customer Information
Edit Customer: Click the "Edit Customer" button to modify customer information
Delete Customer: Click the red "Delete" button to remove the customer from your system
Data Export
Customer information appears in Excel job exports, which can be uploaded to your administration tools for accounting purposes.
On Account Passengers
Adding Passengers via Portal
To allow passengers to book on account for a specific customer:
Navigate to the customer details screen
In Contacts section Click the "Add contact" button(here the contact is directly added to the account)
To add contact but not to an specific account(In central database). You can click on 'Add contact' under contacts in the Customers settings section
Use the exact phone number the passenger registered with in your passenger app
Once created, the passenger can select "On account" as a payment option
Adding Passengers via Web Booker
Passengers can self-register for customer accounts when:
Login and signup buttons appear in the top bar of the Web Booker
Passengers complete the signup process independently
Managing the contacts
Select the contact row in the contacts tab. In contact details
Here the contact can be edited or deleted.
Can Resend the invitation link.
Add payment method.
View and export all the invoices
