Administration: Customer Invoices

Track and manage customer invoices travelled on the Account

Updated over a week ago

The Customer Invoices section allows you to manage invoices for customers who use your taxi services on account (e.g., corporate clients or registered customers billed later). Instead of paying immediately, these customers are invoiced based on their completed rides, making this section essential for tracking receivables and billing.

Access this section by navigating from Administration > Customer invoices from left sidebar.

Customer Invoices are available on Pro and Full plan.

Tabs Overview

  • To be invoiced
Displays completed rides that are ready to be converted into invoices but have not yet been invoiced.

  • Draft invoices
Shows invoices that have been generated but not finalized, allowing you to review or edit before sending.

  • Invoice history
Contains all finalized invoices, including their payment status (e.g., paid/unpaid) and records for reference.
